Sarai Darbandi has always been deeply drawn to the healing arts and the transformative power of truth-seeking. Her personal and professional journey reflects a lifelong commitment to growth, self-discovery, and helping others unlock their fullest potential.

In 2009, Sarai earned her BA in Psychology, embarking on a career in community mental health that spanned 11 years. Her dedication to understanding and supporting others led her to obtain her Master of Social Work in 2014, followed by her independent licensure in 2019.

Beyond her formal education, Sarai has pursued extensive training in a variety of modalities to deepen her expertise and expand her capacity to assist herself & others in their path of healing & expansion. These include Mindfulness, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, Breathwork, and advanced studies in psychedelic and plant medicine therapies. Her personal and professional experience with transformative tools like Ayahuasca, Ketamine, MDMA, Cannabis, and Psilocybin has given her a unique understanding of their potential for healing and growth.

Currently, Sarai is in the process of completing Dr. Stan Grof’s Transpersonal Holotropic Breathwork® Certification Program, with plans to finalize her certification in November 2025. This training has further enriched her approach, blending modern therapeutic techniques with the timeless wisdom of transpersonal experiences.

Sarai’s path has also been deeply personal. She continually embraces her own shadow, trusting the unfolding mysteries of life while integrating her learning into her work. This dedication fuels her passion for supporting others as they navigate their own inner landscapes, helping them trust their inner guiding intelligence and discover their unique path to healing and empowerment.

With profound gratitude, Sarai finds true meaning in her work. She sees each session, workshop, or journey as a sacred opportunity to assist others in exploring their depths, embracing transformation, and stepping fully into the lives they are meant to live.
