Your nervous system has been working hard to protect you.
And when you learn how to slow down and work with it…things begin to shift in a way that actually lasts.
In a world that moves fast, asks for more, and rarely slows down…it’s easy to lose connection with your natural rhythm.
The constant doing. The thinking. The pressure to keep up.
Over time, your system adapts—staying “on,” pushing through, holding more than it was ever meant to carry.
This work is an invitation to step out of that pace. To slow down. To soften. To reconnect with your body, your breath, and the quieter intelligence within you.
Our sessions are a space for you to be held—not in a performative or pressured way,
but in a way that allows your nervous system to settle and feel safe enough to let go.
Here, you begin to gently unwind what’s been held…to track what’s happening in your body…to release, reorganize, and return to a more natural state of balance.
And over time, this way of being doesn’t stay in the session—it begins to ripple into your everyday life. Slowing down. Listening. Letting go. Reconnecting. Coming back to yourself.
I know this space intimately—because I’ve lived it. I once felt the constant pressure, like there was no real pause… no end in sight. That experience led me to explore deeper, body-based practices like Somatic Experiencing and Breathwork.
Over time, this path became not just personal, but professional.
I completed Dr. Peter Levine’s full Somatic Experiencing training—across Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels—along with mentorship and consultation hours. I’m also certified in multiple breathwork modalities, including David Elliott’s method, Neurodynamic Breathwork, and Holotropic Breathwork. These are practices I deeply believe in—not just because I’ve studied them, but because I’ve experienced their impact firsthand and witnessed the shifts they create in others.
I’ve had the honor of facilitating hundreds of somatic and breathwork sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings. And what continues to stand out is this:

1-Hour Somatic Session
An invitation to step out of the noise and into your body. In this session, we slow things down and follow what’s naturally arising—using somatic awareness and breath to support release, reconnection, and a return to your inner rhythm.

1-Hour Yin Restorative Breathwork Journey
An invitation to pause, soften, and turn inward. You’ll be guided through gentle, rhythmic breathing while lying down in a comfortable, supported position.
With calming music woven throughout and the option to wear an eye mask, this session creates space for deep rest, release, and reconnection—supporting your nervous system in slowing down and returning to a more grounded, balanced state.

First-Time Transpersonal Breathwork Journey (3 Hours)
A guided introduction to transpersonal breathwork for first-time journeyers. This 3-hour experience includes preparation, an immersive breathwork journey with music while lying down, and integration support to help you process and ground what arises.

Somatic & Breathwork Intensive (6 Hours)
A personalized, deep-dive experience designed for focused, accelerated work. We begin with a dedicated goal-setting session to clarify what you’d like to explore and support. On a separate day, we come together for an extended session—allowing the space to slow down, go deeper, and work in a more continuous, immersive way than a traditional 1-hour session.
This format supports your nervous system in settling, processing, and integrating at a deeper level—creating meaningful, lasting shifts.

Somatic & Breathwork Session Package (10 Hours)
Designed for those who feel called to engage in this work more consistently over time. This 10-hour package offers a flexible, supportive container for ongoing somatic and breathwork sessions—allowing you to work at a pace that honors your nervous system.
Sessions can be used in a way that best supports you, whether through regular 1-hour sessions, extended sessions, or a combination of both.
This approach allows for deeper integration, continued regulation, and meaningful shifts to unfold gradually—creating space for lasting change.
