We gather online via Zoom, where you’ll be welcomed into a serene and supportive space. Each session is thoughtfully structured to help you relax, restore, and reconnect with your inner stillness. We begin with a brief introduction and preparation talk, setting the tone for the session and creating a safe and inviting space for everyone. Opening Circle: Together, we share intentions and connect as a group, fostering a sense of community and grounding before the restorative experience. Then we go into the Yin Restorative Breathwork Journey. This gentle, meditative session invites you to focus on slow, deep breaths, guiding you into a state of relaxation and presence. A curated mix of soothing music, calming mantras, and meditative sounds supports your journey, allowing you to simply be without the need to "do" or strive. This experience is designed to restore your energy, soothe your nervous system, and bring balance to the demands of everyday life. And then we go into Integration and Closing: We close the session with a reflective moment to integrate the stillness and clarity cultivated during the practice.
