My mission is to guide and support you on your inner journey toward transformation, healing, and self-discovery. I combine my expertise in a variety of modalities to meet you wherever you are, offering tools and practices that are deeply rooted in somatic coaching, transpersonal and spiritual psychology, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. My philosophy, approach, & training combines trauma-informed & transformative practices like Somatic Experiencing ®, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Parts Work, EMDR, and Transpersonal Experiences.
To best meet your needs, I offer flexible options for our work together: single sessions, packages of sessions, or intensives. All sessions are held online, allowing me to support you no matter where you are in the world.

In our work together, we use the power of mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing (SE) to address stress, anxiety, and trauma, helping you restore balance to your nervous system. Mindfulness allows you to become present with your experiences, gently bringing awareness to thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment. Paired with SE, a body and nervous system-based modality, we work to release the held tension and activation that may be keeping your system stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze.
Through slow, intentional steps, we’ll focus on creating a sense of safety in your body, building capacity to stay with difficult sensations, and developing tools to regulate your nervous system over time. You’ll learn how to identify activation levels, use grounding techniques, and move through pendulation—oscillating between challenging sensations and resources of calm—to gradually re-regulate your system. This work empowers you to move out of chronic stress or anxiety and into a state of resilience, balance, and connection.
I provide tailored support to help you prepare for and integrate transformative psychedelic, plant medicine, & other Transpersonal journeys like Holotropic Breathwork. Together, we’ll craft a personalized preparation plan that includes daily practices to help you feel as open and ready as possible for your experience. Using tools like mindfulness, somatic awareness, and reflective exercises, we’ll also explore ways to navigate the journey itself with intention and groundedness.
After your journey, our work shifts to integration—helping you make sense of the insights and experiences you encountered and anchoring them into your daily life. Depending on the medicine and journey you’re preparing for, whether it’s Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, MDMA, Cannabis, or Ketamine, I will adapt our approach to suit your unique needs. With my extensive experience and training in these modalities, I provide a safe, supportive container for you to process, integrate, and move forward with clarity and alignment.
Growing up in a dysfunctional family can leave lasting imprints on your inner child, often resulting in feelings of disempowerment and the development of a harsh inner critic. These patterns may show up as difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from your true self. In our work together, we focus on regulating your nervous system through Somatic Experiencing, creating a foundation of safety and stability within.
Using parts work, including inner child healing and reparenting practices, we’ll reconnect with the parts of you that feel hurt or abandoned, helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered. As we gently address the grief of unmet needs and past experiences, we’ll also focus on practical skills, such as learning how to set healthy boundaries with family members.
Additional modalities like EMDR and breathwork can enhance our work, providing tools to release stored emotions and trauma. Over time, you’ll cultivate greater self-acceptance, learn to protect your energy and well-being, and build a life that feels authentic, balanced, and deeply fulfilling.
